RENEWAL OF APPONINTMENT

1. Each distributorship is valid for a period of TWELVE (12) months only. Lt is the responsibility of the Distributor to submit a subscription fee of 125 Baht (inclusive of Value Added Tax of 7%) to the Company through the relevant Authorised Agency or www.zhulianshopping.com for the extension of the distributorship within THIRTY (30) days before the expiry date. The distributorship will be extended for another TWELVE (12) months only.

2. If a Distributor achieves 500 PV or above within the validity of his distributorship period, his distributorship will be automatically extended for another TWELVE (12) months upon expiry of his distributorship.

3. If a Distributor fails to comply with Rule 3.1 or fails to achieve the Personal PV amount as specified in Rule 3.2, his distributorship will automatically be terminated once the grace period of NINETY (90) days after the expiry date lapses. The Distributor's appointment and rights shall be deemed to have been ended at the expiry of the distributorship period.
